BPL Scoring System - "Runs" Calculation
Each project can gain or lose “Runs” based on status transitions and achievements.

| 🟠 Amber → 🔴 Red | -4 Runs | Status worsened | |

| 🟢 New Projects (Stays Green for 45 days from 1 May 2025) | +6 Runs | Rewarded for maintaining green status in the first 45 days | |

| ✅ Customer Delight Meeting (SPM-led) | +6 Runs | Customer engagement milestone | |
